Grill food, flip it at the right time, and plate it up. Brutzel has no fail states and no time pressure — it's a calm, tactile sandbox built around the small satisfactions of grilling: the sizzle and sear of food on the grate, grabbing things by hand, and plating up whatever comes off the fire.
